Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology
Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology. Membership is open to graduate and undergraduate men and women who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests, and who meet the minimum qualifications. Psi Chi is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is an affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Psychological Science (APS).

Association for Psychological Science
APS is an international organization dedicated to advancing scientific psychology across disciplinary and geographic borders.
Missouri Psychological Association
The purpose of the Missouri Psychological Association is to advance psychology as a science, as a profession, and as a means of promoting human welfare. The purpose shall be furthered by the improvement of the qualifications and usefulness of psychologists through high standards of professional ethics, conduct, educational achievement; by the increase and diffusion of psychological knowledge through meetings, professional contacts, reports, papers, discussions and publications; and by the application of research findings to the promotion of the public welfare.
Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology
The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology is a division within APA that is also an organizational affiliate of APS. The Society's mission is to enhance human well-being and performance in organizational and work settings by promoting the science, practice, and teaching of industrial-organizational psychology.
American Counseling Association
The American Counseling Association is the world's largest organization representing professional counselors in various practice settings.
American Mental Health Counselors Association

Missouri Mental Health Counselors Association
The MMHCA's primary purpose is to advocate for the interests of Licensed Professional Counselors. In addition to that focus, we offer ongoing training and networking opportunities to our members.
Missouri School Counselor Association
The Missouri School Counselor Association is a dynamic professional organization that has officially served school counselors of Missouri since 1948. MSCA was founded to help persons interested in school counseling make the most effective use of their skills and talents in services to students, parents, school personnel, and community members.

Our region serves school counselors in the following counties: Butler, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Dunklin, Iron (except Iron Co. C-4), Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Reynolds, Ripley, St. Francois, Ste. Geneveieve, Scott, Stoddard, Washington, and Wayne.
